Seasonal, yearly leases and Weekly/weekend hunting available 

Our properties consist of river bottom, creek bottom, pasture draws, some hills, hay meadows, wheat, Milo, beans and corn fields.  We want to lease everything together, but we will consider splitting the hunting into different packages. 

Ducks:  We have recently built a 5 acre pond and a 10 acre wetland.  The duck hunting on our wetland does very well.  We have several ponds that we can hunt on.

Our wetland is only 3 miles from the Neosho River.  We are right in the middle of the famous Southeast Kansas Strip pits.

The St. Paul Refuge is only 15 miles to the north of us, putting us right in the heart of the flyway for ducks in Kansas.  You can set up for geese in our wheat fields or Milo stubble.  

Deer:  We have excellent deer hunting with several different farms that we can put someone on.  My son took a 20 pointer off of this property in 2000.  

Turkeys:  If you like turkey hunting, we have that also.   

Fishing:  If you have someone in your group that doesn't like hunting, but likes fishing, we have some great places to fish.  

Lodging:  We have also built a  new cabin that can sleep 10 people.  This cabin is complete with everything except for the food.  Can also be leased by the night during hunting off season.
